Baby (corduroy)Blues

This jacket came with vile furry sleeves so I got to work making it pretty. I added new sleeves (keeping the original cuffs) and the trims from a damages sari. the fabric is chiffon-like with tiny gold diamantes scattered across. The trim had metallic threads, sequins and diamantes too, along with pretty floral embroidery. This was a pain to make! I hadn't made a sleeve for over 45 years, I think its worth it though!

It is quite short, waist length, chest size 40" or 102cm, it is brand new.
